BOOKING PROCEDURE
 
Please e-mail or call us on +385 (0)21 636 221 or +385 (0)91 575 9465 in advance to check the room/apartment availability on the particular dates.

In order to confirm your reservation, you will need to provide us by e-mail, fax or mail with the following:

- Arrival and departure dates
- Approximate arrival time at destination
- Names of adults in the party.
- Number of children* in the party and their ages at the time of arrival at Serenity Retreat.
- Complete address
- Telephone contact numbers (including mobile contact if applicable)
- Any special requests. E.g. extra services, courtesy pick-up service**, late check in/check out*** etc.
 
To confirm your reservation you are not required to pay any deposit in advance. However, you MUST confirm your coming by phone or e-mail again 10 days prior to your required arrival date. Otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. Upon your arrival, you will be charged in full for a reserved accommodation. Only acceptable form of payment is cash.
 
If more customers than are stated on the reservation confirmation arrive at the accommodation unit, the Serenity Retreat has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation or to accommodate all of the customers at extra charge.

* Children under age of 8 years sleep free if sharing the bed with adults. Children over 8 years of age are classified as adults.
** Free courtesy pick-up service at ferry harbour for guests staying 14 nights and over. Subject to availability.
***Late check in/check out must be arranged in advance. Late check out will be charged at a daily accommodation rate, which is only 30% of our overnight rate. Subject to availability.
